I really could not have asked for anything more from Dylan and Florida Executive Realty. He took the time to understand what I was looking for, put me at ease with some of my questions and was on top of all communication with all parties involved. He went above and beyond what I would consider to be the role of the real estate agent. He made what I believe was a complicated process seem very smooth. He has my highest recommendation for anyone that is looking for a home. I can't thank him enough for his hard work and commitment.

My realtor, Dylan Libadisos, was simply amazing. Knowledgeable about the whole process (including areas that didn't apply to him), patience explaining it all to me (I'm a first time home buyer that didn't know anything at all about the process) and available at all times to answer any questions or show houses. Such a wonderful first time home buying experience with Dylan. In terms of feed back there is none for Dylan or Florida Executive Realty, but rather, the lending company, Caliber. Jeff Jennings was nothing but snappy dialogue, attitude problems, no patience and no customer service skills. Dylan on the other hand, was so awesome that when all was said and done I told him I wished he was somehow my realtor, lender and title company all in one!
