Working with Josh on helping us find a home has been such a great experience, we are currently living in Kansas and were very worried that the process of finding a home without living in that state would be too much of a headache but Josh has gone above and beyond to make sure that the process is as seamless as it can be for us and we're so very thankful. I never leave reviews, but I have to with Dylan. If it wasn't for him, I don't think my husband and I would be homeowners right now. We looked at so many houses. A few we wanted to buy but Dylan pointed out defects or flaws that I didn't notice. I wonder if another agent would have sold us anything to get rid of us. Dylan is professional, replied to my email, text or phone call in a timely manner and patient. When it was time to make the offer and negotiate, he was amazing. We just let him do his job and finished the deal. He remembers everything which helped in the process, so I did not have to repeat myself. We are so glad we're not paying rent! Josh is absolutely amazing! We have worked with multiple realtors in the past but Josh is easily our favorite. Josh was recommended to us when looking for a property to rent in Tampa. We were on a time crunch to move down from out-of-state and gave Josh some info about our needs and wants. He went and checked out some places for us on FaceTime, helped us tour houses and apartments in person, and he ultimately found the spot we decided on! He was so friendly and attentive. Dylan is cooler than the other side of the pillow. Dylan provides excellent direction, and takes the stress out of the real estate transaction. I could speak frankly with him, and he knew exactly my needs to the extent that we could see houses very quickly and move onto the one that we eventually bought.
