I would highly recommend Dylan Libadisos if you are looking to buy or sell in the Tampa Bay area. Dylan was professional, knowledgeable and very responsive. I worked with Dylan to sell my home - and I appreciated the extra effort he took to ensure my home would sell quickly, and at a competitive price. Specifically, he coordinated to have additional staging items added to the home and professional photos taken for the listing.
