Finding a home when you're relocating from out of the country is tricky, but Dylan made this possible for us by going above and beyond. This involved many facetime walk throughs and off hour calls. He took the time to understand our family needs, and he helped us find our house with a lot of patience. Thank you Dylan for all the support, and special shout-out to his partner Jay, who helped along the way.

We were originally referred to Dylan as we were looking to buy outside of Tampa. We were amazed & happy that Dylan was familiar with not only the Tampa area, but areas from St. Pete/Clearwater to & including Pasco County, where we eventually bought a condo. Looking & finding a condo that fit our wants & needs required lots of patience. Dylan had not only the patience, but pointed out plusses & minuses of the properties in which we expressed interests. Approaching the finish line to closing, a few days prior to closing, we hit a few obstacles (which Dylan had nothing to do with) that Dylan worked diligently to iron out. We went to closing with a 1 day extension. I would not hesitate for 1 second to recommend Dylan for your real estate needs. He knows the markets, the areas, & offers great suggestions because he takes the time to learn your wants & needs!
