Relocating cross-country could have been overwhelming, but Josh made the entire experience feel smooth, supported, and even enjoyable. His deep knowledge of the area gave us immediate confidence, and he took the time to understand not just what we needed in a home, but how we wanted to live. From day one, he was incredibly responsive, flexible, and accommodating--always making himself available despite time differences and our evolving schedule. What stood out most was his ability to anticipate needs before they arose, guiding us thoughtfully through every step of the process--from the initial search to negotiations, and all the way through closing. Josh was WONDERFUL! Throughout the whole process Josh was always readily available for us to set up time & dates to go see houses that my husband & I were extremely interested in. He had & has A LOT of patience when it came negotiations, when my husband & I were really keen on a home, that we now own, we told Josh to just "Go for it" when it came to have a few strategies set up to really negotiate on our behalf for the house. He gave us really sound advice when it came every home we viewed in the reality of how the houses were "as is." Which did help a lot to keep my husband & I grounded when it came to seeing a few "fixers" or the new "flashy" updated homes. We really enjoyed working with Josh for being our realtor with our move to the Tampa Bay Area. He was also very helpful with having great overall general knowledge of a lot of areas in Tampa, along with knowledge on traffic times/timing. He's a wonderful & overall GREAT asset for finding a great home in Tampa.

This guy is the real deal! Working with Josh was such a great experience. My wife and I were super nervous about buying our first home and had no idea where to even start, but Josh guided us step by step through the entire process. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable about real estate, but he was also so much fun to work with. He made every showing enjoyable and even pointed out potential problems with certain homes that we never would have expected. We learned so much from him throughout the process. This man, Josh Castle, is phenomenal. He helped my fiance and I find our dream home. Not only that, but he helped us from across the country, as we lived in Colorado. Josh went above and beyond with support aiding us through the entire process. Everything we needed, he took care of, even if we didn't know we needed it yet l, he was on top of it. If I had to do this process again, i would fly him out to take care of it. I wouldn't trust anyone more.
