Dylan is cooler than the other side of the pillow. Dylan provides excellent direction, and takes the stress out of the real estate transaction. I could speak frankly with him, and he knew exactly my needs to the extent that we could see houses very quickly and move onto the one that we eventually bought. Dylan is Johnny on the spot with communication also. Text, email and voice were all very responsive and thorough. Five stars

It has been a pleasure working with Dylan Libadisos. We live in Ohio and while visiting Florida during the winter we connected with Dylan. Dylan was available anytime we asked to show us trailers, houses, condos. Once we left for our Ohio home the search for our perfect winter home was not put on hold. Dylan went to many homes did video walk throughs with us. When he found the perfect place he went above and beyond duty to help us close on our new condo.
