Dylan handled both the purchase of our new home and the simultaneous renting out of our former home. Both processes met every date along the way and frankly required virtually zero input from us. Dylan was always ahead making sure that documents were submitted, interim deadlines were met, etc. to ensure timely closings and timely move in/move outs, which all happened as planned.
