Dylan was wonderful to work with from the time we met him (virtually) till closing. We were relocating from a different state and he was very flexible to our needs and put in a lot of consideration in the houses he chose to show us virtually. He was very patient with us throughout the process and gave great advice. When meeting Dylan he very professional and knowledgeable about the market, the area and anything I asked him. He is outstanding at his job and would highly recommend him.

Dylan was simply the best buying agent we could have asked for. He helped us negotiate a fantastic deal with some difficult sellers & looked out for our best interests throughout the entire process. He also leveraged available data & analytics to make sure we were making a sound investment in the neighborhood. There were a lot of hiccups and unexpected surprises throughout this pandemic but Dylan handled them with aplomb.
